PRODUCT APPLICATION: 

ZPM is an organic dry zinc phosphate and zinc molybdate anticorrosive pigment. It is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, does not contain heavy metals, is non-combustible, extremely easy to disperse in water-based coatings, does not thicken, and the water-based paint film prepared is salt water resistant to similar products at home and abroad, and the finished product is stable in storage. It is a combination of zinc-based active compounds designed to improve pigment efficiency. It improves the pigment-resin interface and enhances overall performance. Zinc-molybdenum phosphate has a slow-release organic nitrogen-modified zinc salt that chemically complexes with the surface layer of the coated material to form an insoluble passivation film that inhibits environmental corrosion of steel and other metal substrates. It is based on a compound with high specific surface area, which improves pigment efficiency. It exhibits high anti-corrosion activity at low concentrations. It shows good performance in many aqueous and solvent-based systems. It has wide applicability and is mainly used in the preparation of waterborne coatings. Its performance comprehensively exceeds that of traditional waterborne antirust pigments such as modified zinc tripolyphosphate, aqueous zinc phosphate, zinc chromium yellow, strontium chromium yellow, etc. It is widely used in the fields of automobile parts, corrosion prevention of engineering vehicles, and high requirements of environmentally friendly steel structures.
